Julian's Story
I founded Delsion after trying to get back into work after a brain injury, which resulted in me becoming disabled.
Previously, I’d had a successful senior-level career in HR, but my experiences of becoming disabled and unemployed demonstrated to me that the working world wasn’t ready for me and wasn’t equipped to support my needs. I found that it no longer recognised the value I brought as an employee.
This experience became the driving force behind founding Delsion, a consultancy dedicated to people and development, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
10 years on, Delsion is a multi-award-winning people and development consultancy that is internationally recognised for its work in helping organisations cultivate the positive culture and behaviours that promote diversity, inclusion and belonging.
